3% convienience fee on all credit card transactions.

Travel fee of 0.50/mile added to all in-home client sessions. 

Privacy Policy: Triple H Dog Training is a business that provides clients with any dog training needs and boarding service. Any information gathered before, during, and after the training will only be used for training purposes. No information gathered from Triple H Dog Training will be used or given to third parties. Triple H Dog Training asks that no medical history is shared to the trainer unless it is a necessary information to share for the purpose of training. With sharing of personal medical history, the client understands that she/he is voluntarily providing the information for the sole purpose of training. Trainer also agrees that any medical information that is voluntarily shared will not be shared to other parties for any reason other than emergency situations, if necessary. All information taken regarding the dog will also be used for the sole purpose of training. But if there is any issue that arises that is deemed unsafe and dangerous to participating parties, Triple H Dog Training will share it with appropriate personnel.  

Scheduling: All online sessions will be booked through www.triplehdogtraining.com. Any in-person sessions will be booked by contacting info@triplehdogtraining.com or text/call at 903-508-8815.

Rescheduling: Triple H Dog Training ask that a notice of 24hrs be given to reschedule any upcoming training sessions. If the trainer has to cancel for any reason, class will be rescheduled for the next available date. 

There will be a reschedule fee of $20 added when 24hr notice is not given (effective January 1, 2023)

*For group class, makeup class will be offered once, to help catch you up on training, but it will requires 24hr notice of not being able to attend. If 24hr notice is not given then make up class will not be offered!

Refund: Triple H Dog training does not give refunds for classes unless it’s a situation where the trainer feels partial refund or credit would be best course of action. Credit will be available to the particular party for 60days from the date when payment was made. Any unused credits will expire.
